CARBONDALE, Ill., Jan. 18 -- Southern Illinois University issued the following news release:
Officials at Southern Illinois University Carbondale re-opened a campus building this afternoon (Jan. 18) after a small chemical explosion damaged a storage cabinet there this morning.
