GOSHEN, Ind., Sept. 8 -- Bethel College issued the following news release:
An essay by 2008 graduate Peter Miller, Partridge, tied for second place in the annual John Horsch Mennonite Historical Essay Contest, sponsored by the Mennonite Church USA Historical Committee.
