CHICAGO, Oct. 15 -- North Park University issued the following news release:
The North Park women's soccer team defeated College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin opponent Elmhurst College 1-0 in overtime Wednesday night.
Senior Laura Alfredson (Skokie, Ill./Evanston Township) notched the game winner in the 96th minute off a corner kick assist from freshman Sarah Hansen (Kensington, Conn./Berlin), putting the ball in the top center of the goal.
