SPRINGFIELD, Mo., Oct. 19 -- Quincy University issued the following news release:
The Quincy University women's soccer team picked up a 1-0 win over Drury University on Sunday and in doing so helped Lady Hawk goalkeeper Toni Eye break the school record for career shutouts. Eye recorded two saves in the game as she recorded her 20th career shutout, surpassing former Lady Hawk Sarah Stevens previous mark of 19.
Quincy scored all they would need just 4:42 into the game . . .
