BLACKSBURG, Va., Aug. 22 -- Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University issued the following news release:
Quarterback Sean Glennon threw for 103 yards and a touchdown; Darren Evans ran for 59 yards and a score; and Orion Martin returned a fumble for a touchdown to headline the Hokies' third and final preseason scrimmage at Lane Stadium on Friday afternoon.
Glennon completed 11-of-19 for 103 yards. The redshirt senior's touchdown pass came midway . . .
