BLACKSBURG, Va., Sept. 29 -- Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University issued the following news release:
Former Tech football player Cliff Anders will lead a military flyover with two AH-64 Apache helicopters during pre-game ceremonies before the Hokies' Homecoming football game against Western Kentucky this Saturday. Anders served as a member of the Corps of Cadets when he played at Tech, graduating in 1999. He was a snapper for the Hokies and played in the nation . . .
