The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia disclosed the results of an investigation into the allegations made by Human Rights Watch (HWR) in a Report of June 2008 entitled "Collective Punishment: War Crimes and Crimes against Humanity in the Ogaden areas of Ethiopia's Somali Region."
