HARRISBURG, Pa., Oct. 2 -- Pennsylvania State Rep. Ron Marsico, R-Dauphin (105th District), issued the following news release:
Rep. Ron Marsico (R-Lower Paxton) is informing active volunteer emergency responders that they could be eligible for a tax credit worth up to $100 on their 2008 state income tax return.
Act 66 of 2008 provides a credit of up to $100 against the state personal income tax liability of residents who are active members of a volunteer ambulance . . .
