EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa., Sept. 10 -- East Stroudsburg University issued the following news release:
The Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management academic program at East Stroudsburg University has become the second program in the College of Business and Management to earn national accreditation.
The accreditation was granted by the Accreditation Commission for Programs on Hospitality Administration (ACPHA) following a rigorous evaluation process.
