SAN ANTONIO, Tex., Nov. 22 -- The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point issued the following news release:
The No. 6 ranked Pointers needed five minutes of overtime, but improved to 4-0 as they defeated Tigers of Trinity University 71-70 in San Antonio. Pete Rortvedt (Minocqua) was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player and Matt Moses (Fond du Lac) was named to the All-Tournament team.
