MADISON, Wis., Nov. 5 -- The Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs issued the following news release:
Wisconsin Air National Guard Maj. Gen. Charles E. Tucker, Jr. became the new director for Joint Doctrine, Training and Force Development (J-7) for the National Guard Bureau on Oct. 1, 2008, and was promoted to the two-star rank of major general on Oct. 2.
