CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., Nov. 17 -- The University of Virginia issued the following news release:
The 16th-ranked Virginia women's basketball team stunned No. 5 Tennessee 83-82 in Knoxville before a crowd of 11,627 to improve to 2-0. Virginia was led by Monica Wright's career-high 35 points and eight rebounds. Aisha Mohammed, who hit eight of 10 shots from the field, added 19 points and seven rebounds for the Cavaliers.
