SACRAMENTO, Calif., Nov. 16 -- Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, R-Calif., issued the text of the following speech:
GOVERNOR SCHWARZENEGGER:
Good morning, everybody. Thank you very much for Mayor Villaraigosa to be here today. And I just want to add also that he kept me briefed throughout yesterday and we had several phone conversations about what the situation is like out here, so I want to thank him very much for his continuous interest and being a great partner.
