After the final results were counted in the November 4th U.S. presidential election, work has begun on the transition to the next American presidency. Barack Obama will not take the oath of office until January 20, 2009. On that day, he will officially become America's 44th president. But already, work has begun to address the many challenges that wait for him and his team of department leade . . .
