CALIFORNIA, Pa., Dec. 4 -- California University of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
John Luckhardt, who has guided the Vulcans to a 13-0 record and a berth in the NCAA Division II semifinal game against Valdosta State Saturday (12/8), has been named the 2007 American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Regional Coach of the Year.
