MADISON, Wis., Nov. 21 -- The Wisconsin Department of Veterans Services issued the following news release:

The Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs announces that Randy Nitschke, a U.S. Navy veteran and experienced nursing home administrator, has been selected as Commandant of the Wisconsin Veterans Home at Union Grove.
