UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich., June 25 -- Saginaw Valley State University issued the following press release:
A Saginaw Valley State University employee will be commissioned into the U.S. Navy Reserves during a special ceremony Thursday, June 26 at 2 p.m. in the Emeriti Room.
Mike Major, assistant director of career planning and placement and women's tennis coach, will accept a commission as an ensign, a junior naval officer. An Essexville native and current Bay Cit . . .
