TULSA, Okla., March 6 -- The University of Tulsa issued the following news release:
The University of Tulsa has won the first annual "Points & Pints" Red Cross blood drive challenge between the Golden Hurricane and the University of Alabama-Birmingham. On-campus donations by TU students, faculty, staff and friends of the University resulted in 120 units of blood donated, which represents about 4 percent of the student population. UAB collected 99 units, which is .09% . . .
