CODY, Wyo., Nov. 14 -- The Wyoming Department of Game and Fish issued the following news release:
The Wyoming Game and Fish Department and the Shoshone National Forest are urging hunters and other backcountry users to carry bear spray for their own safety, and to help reduce the number of grizzly bears killed by hunters in self defense.
Since the bears emerged from their dens in April and May of this year, hunters in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem have killed 17 . . .
