Students Organize 'Operation Iraq Awareness: A Peace Forum'

WEST HARTFORD, Conn., May 5 -- Hartford University has issued the following news release:
Students from the University of Hartford will host a Peace Forum and a 3-D tribute to those who have died in the war in Iraq. Students will place more than 3,000 dowels into the ground to represent the hundreds-of-thousands of military and civilian deaths. The students of HON 384: Building Cultures of Peace and their Professor, Sharon Shepela, used the 3-D demonstration as the final semester . . .
