CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., Oct. 20 -- The University of Virginia issued the following news release:
Jon Copper has been named the Atlantic Coast Conference's Defensive Lineman of the Week honors for his play in the Cavaliers' 16-13 overtime win over North Carolina at home last Saturday. The win is the Cavaliers' third in a row as they improve to 4-3 this season and 2-1 in the ACC.
The 6-0, 230-pound Roanoke, Va., native turned in one of the best performanc . . .
