NORFOLK, Va., May 13 -- Norfolk State University issued the following news release:
For the third consecutive year, Norfolk State University will be the host site for the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Baseball Championship. The 2008 tournament runs Thursday, May 15 through Sunday, May 18. All games will be played on campus at Marty L. Miller Baseball Field.
The Spartans (21-22, 7-10 MEAC) will be the No. 5 seed in the six-team, double-elimination tournament. NSU . . .
