WEST HARTFORD, Conn., Oct. 18 -- Hartford University has issued the following news release:
The University of Hartford honored 12 exceptional alumni during the 2008 Anchor Awards Ceremony on Saturday, Oct. 18. The ceremony was part of this year's Homecoming festivities and was held in the 1877 Club in the Harry Jack Grey Center on campus. This is the fourth year the Anchor Awards have been presented.
