CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., Nov. 8 -- The University of Virginia issued the following news release:
Virginia fans have the opportunity to get an early look at the 2008-09 UVa men's basketball team on Sunday, Nov. 9, when the Cavaliers host Shepherd University (W.Va.) in an exhibition game at John Paul Jones Arena. The game is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. and tickets are $10.
The Cavaliers have 11 lettermen, including three starters, returning from last year's 17 . . .
