CARLISLE BARRACKS, Pa., Nov. 4 -- The U.S. Army Installation Management Command's Carlisle Barracks Garrison issued the following news article:
The days of "A ship without a captain, a clinic without a commander" are over for Dunham U.S. Army Health Clinic, said Col. Kenneth Trzepkowski. The reigns were officially handed to him at an Assumption of Command Ceremony Nov. 3.
