WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., Oct. 19 -- Norfolk State University issued the following news release:
The Norfolk State volleyball team won its fourth consecutive match with a 3-1 nonconference win over Winston-Salem State on Sunday at the C.E. Gaines Center. The Spartans won the match 25-22, 21-25, 25-15, 25-20. With the win, NSU improves to 7-19 on the season, while WSSU fell to 4-17.
The Spartans took the first set, but the Lady Rams evened the score by winning the second . . .
