SCOOBA, Miss., Oct. 3 -- East Mississippi Community College issued the following news release:
Battling for sole possession of first place in the MACJC's North Division standings, the 20th-ranked East Mississippi Lions (4-1, 2-0) play host to the Tigers of Coahoma (3-1, 2-0) Saturday afternoon as part of EMCC's Homecoming festivities. Kickoff time for the key divisional matchup is set for 2 p.m. at Sullivan-Windham Field.
