JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Oct. 2 -- Jacksonville University issued the following news release:
Vice Admiral David J. Dorsett '78, who will serve as the next director of naval intelligence, and Elizabeth R. DePeri, MD '88, assistant professor of radiology at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Jacksonville, will receive Jacksonville University's 2008 Distinguished Alumnus award at halftime during the JU football game on October 9 at The Bolles School in Jacksonville.
