SAVANNAH, Ga., Feb. 16 -- Savannah State University issued the following news release:
Savannah State opened up a close game with a 15-0 run in the second half on their way to a 61-46 win over Utah Valley State in Tiger Arena.
With SSU leading 35-32, the Tigers scored 15 straight points during a 20-2 rally that opened up a 21 point advantage with 5:52 left in the game.
UVSU was able to get with 14 with 3:08 remaining but SSU converted four free throws . . .
