COLUMBUS, Ga., Sept. 26 -- Columbus State University issued the following news release:
The CSU Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Schwob School of Music Director Fred Cohen, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2 in RiverCenter's Legacy Hall. Featured are the bubbly Overture to Der Fledermaus by Johann Strauss Jr., Joseph Haydn's Symphony No. 104 ("The London"), and the Georgia premiere of Polish composer Witold Lutoslawski's Novelette for orchestra . . .
