NEWARK, Del., Oct. 15 -- The University of Delaware sports department issued the following news release:
The University of Delaware men's soccer team won its second game of the year against George Mason Wednesday night at Delaware Mini Stadium. Courtney Hewitt scored what proved to be the game-winner as Delaware hung on 2-1.
With the win, Delaware improved to 2-8-3, 1-2-1 and George Mason fell to 6-5-1, 2-3-0.
