NEW LONDON, Conn., Aug. 15 -- United States Coast Guard Academy issued the following news release:
Commander Jim Carlson, an associate professor in the Coast Guard Academy Humanities Department, recently participated in an annual war game conducted by the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. He was one of seven military lawyers selected by the War College to participate.
