HONG KONG, July 2 -- The U.S. Consulate General issued the following press release:
The Consul General of the United States of America in Hong Kong and Macau, James B. Cunningham, has been confirmed by the U.S. Senate as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the State of Israel. Mr. Cunningham will depart Hong Kong in July 2008.
