KIRKUK, Iraq, Nov. 7 -- The U.S. Army 1st Armored Division issued the following news release:
The 18th Engineer Brigade assumed the responsibilities the 1st brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division maintained and improved throughout their 15 months in Kirkuk, Iraq, Nov. 6.
