CHEYENNE, Wyo., Sept. 29 -- The Wyoming Military Department issued the following news release:
Stephan Pappas, Wyoming Air National Guard chief of staff, has been promoted to Brigadier General. His pinning will take place at 12:30 p.m., on Saturday, at the Base Theater, F. E. Warren Air Force Base, Cheyenne.
As chief of staff of the Wyoming Air National Guard, Pappas oversees all Air Guard personnel at the Joint Forces Headquarters, Wyoming, and supports the program . . .
