VALLEY CITY, N.D., March 20 -- Valley City State University issued the following news release:
Valley City State University Head Football Coach Dennis McCulloch announces the signing of 39 prep standout football players to Dakota Athletic Conference Letters of Intent. The group includes 16 from North Dakota, five from Minnesota, six from Alaska and Florida, two from Texas and Hawaii, and one each from South Dakota and Ohio.
