VALLEY CITY, N.D., April 4 -- Valley City State University issued the following news release:
The Valley City State University Viking Softball team extended its win streak to four games with a sweep over NCAA Division II Northern State Thursday. In game one, the Vikings used a solid first inning and a good pitching effort from Krystal Hathaway to score a 5-2 victory and in game two, the Vikings played great defense and broke open the bats for a 10-7 win.
