VALLEY CITY, N.D., Sept. 13 -- Valley City State University issued the following news release:
VCSU racked up 540 yards on offense, 349 through the air, in a 37-18 victory vs. Peru State on Saturday. Senior quarterback Jason Beilke passed for 324 yards while going 22-33 in pass attempts. AJ Pfeifer ran for 63 yards on only 10 attempts in pacing the ground attack.
Senior wide receiver Chauncey Calhoun had another outstanding day collecting 10 receptions for 146 yards . . .
