CARBONDALE, Ill., Oct. 31 -- Southern Illinois University at Carbondale issued the following Weekly Communique from the president's office:
The No.11 football Salukis (5-2) host North Dakota (5-2) as part of Military Appreciation Day Saturday, Nov. 1. Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. CDT at McAndrew Stadium. All military personnel, veterans and family members will receive discounted tickets to the game. Tickets can be purchased at the SIU Arena Ticket Office and at McAndrew Stadium . . .
