WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of African Affairs issued the following press release:
Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs Jendayi Frazer will deliver remarks to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the bombings of the U.S. embassies in Nairobi, Kenya and Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania on August 7, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in the Dean Acheson Auditorium at the U.S. Department of State.
