RIVER FALLS, Wis., Nov. 8 -- The University of Wisconsin-River Falls issued the following news release:
UW-La Crosse topped River Falls, 49-13, on a cold, windy afternoon at Maxwell Field in Winona, Minn., on Saturday afternoon
After staying close through the first half, the Falcons could not slow down the Eagle rushing attack in the second half.
The Falcons received the opening kickoff, but were forced to punt after a six-play drive. RF special teams . . .
