ALBANY, N.Y., Oct. 29 -- Gov. David Paterson, D-N.Y., has issued the following proclamation:
Whereas, each year since 1926, America has set aside a national day of commemoration to honor the men and women who have served in our Nation's Armed Forces and to express our appreciation for their service in times of peace and war; and
