TIKRIT, Iraq, May 18 -- The U.S. Army 1st Armored Division issued the following news release:
One Multi-National Division - North Soldier was killed in an improvised explosive device attack in the Salah ad-Din Province when the Soldiers' vehicle was struck by an IED, May 18.
One MND-N Soldiers was also wounded in the attack.
The name of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of the next-ofkin and release by the Department of Defense. . . .
