HARRISBURG, Pa., Sept. 5 -- The Pennsylvania Commissionon Crime and Delinquency issued the following news release:

Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) Chairman Jim Eisenhower today encouraged state and local law enforcement officers to enroll in a new anti-terrorism training program that will be offered this fall.
