JACKSON, Miss., Nov. 7 -- The Mississippi Department of Corrections issued the following news release:
The dedicated, professional staff of the Mississippi State Penitentiary (MSP) at Parchman were heralded Thursday by Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) Commissioner Christopher Epps. Epps expressed his appreciation to staff for their hard work and dedication in successfully demonstrating their ability to once again meet nationally accepted correctional standards.
