HARRISBURG, Pa., Oct. 24 -- The Pennsylvania Department of State issued the following news release:
Voters who would like to cast an absentee ballot in Pennsylvania must make sure their county has received their application by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 28, according to Secretary of the Commonwealth Pedro A. Cortés.
"For most voters who are eligible to cast an absentee ballot, this is their final opportunity to take advantage of this option," Cortés said. & . . .
