HARRISBURG, Pa., Oct. 30 -- The Pennsylvania Department of State issued the following news release:
Secretary of the Commonwealth Pedro A. Cort�s today reminded voters who would like to cast an absentee ballot in Pennsylvania that the deadline to return the ballot to the board of elections in the county where they are registered is 5 p.m., Friday, Oct. 31.
