LINCOLN, Neb., Nov. 7 -- Gov. Dave Heineman, R-Neb., issued the following press release:
Gov. Dave Heineman today announced his appointment of James Orr of Broken Bow to serve as county court judge for the Eighth Judicial District.
This district encompasses Blaine, Boyd, Brown, Cherry, Custer, Holt, Howard, Garfield, Greely, Keya Paha, Loup, Rock, Sheridan, Valley, and Wheeler Counties.
Orr, 45, has had his own law practice since 2000 and specializes . . .
