FORWARD OPERATING BASE HAMMER, Iraq, May 25 -- The U.S. Army 1st Armored Division issued the following news release:
Iraqi Army and Coalition forces volunteered to repair a pothole at the municipal potable water point in Salman Pak, 15 kilometers southeast of Baghdad, May 21. The 2nd Battalion, 6th Infantry Regiment, and the 35th Brigade, 9th IA Division Soldiers repaired the damage as an opportunity to build good relations with local citizens.
