MODESTO, Calif., Nov. 3 -- The Modesto Police Department issued the following news release:
An early morning altercation inside of a southwest Modesto home left one man dead and two others injured.
On Sunday, November 2, at about 1:50 AM, patrol officers received a call of a fight at a residence in the 1500 block of Victor Way. When they arrived they found one man dead and two other adults, one male and one female, injured. The deceased male was identified as 59-yea . . .
